Will Vogt is the director of Vogt Legal. Will specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Will's areas of practice include building and construction, real estate disputes, property and leasing disputes, corporations and partnerships, deceased estates and trusts, and general contractual disputes.

Will regularly appears as council in state courts and tribunals in Western Australia.

From Will’s experience growing up in a small mining town and then operating a construction services business in Dubai, UAE, Will is renowned for being able to quickly identify the real issue in disputes and arrive at practical solutions.

Will prides himself in achieving a negotiated settlement of a case before any trial.
