Ben is a dedicated lawyer in the team at Vogt Legal, known for his commitment to integrity, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Ben has valuable experience across a range of legal areas, with particular specialisation in key fields such as:

• Building and Construction Disputes
• Commercial Litigation
• Defending prosecutions under the Planning and Development Act 2005 (WA) and the Dog Act 1976 (WA)
• Australian Consumer Law Disputes

Ben earned his double degree in Law and Accounting from Murdoch University in 2020 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer in Western Australia in 2021. 

Ben joined Will Vogt shortly after his admission and has remained an integral part of Will’s team since Vogt Legal’s establishment in 2023, working closely with Will and the team throughout.

Outside of the office and courtroom, Ben finds joy in travelling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new restaurants.
