Will Vogt is the director of Vogt Legal. Will specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His areas of practice include building and construction, real estate disputes, property and leasing disputes, corporations and partnerships, deceased estates and trusts, and general contractual disputes.

Stephen specialises in construction law and commercial disputes and has experience in advising clients in respect of matters in all Superior Courts and the State Administrative Tribunal, arbitrations, and adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and the Building Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA).

Mark graduated from Murdoch University holding a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (with First Class Honours). Mark was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2011 and the High Court of Australia in 2012.

In February 2021, Matthew was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Matthew’s main legal interests lie in contract law, dispute resolution, employment law, and trial work.  

Ben is a dedicated lawyer in the team at Vogt Legal, known for his commitment to integrity, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a strong work ethic. Ben has valuable experience across a range of legal areas.

Malcolm is an experienced practitioner with a robust legal background. He began his legal career in South Africa as an articled clerk in 2015 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017. Malcolm advanced to become a director at Tatham Wilkes, one of South Africa's oldest law practices, where he managed a busy civil litigation practice, focussing on insurance litigation and family law.

Matthew Endo holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern Queensland and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2023.

Terrence graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Juris Doctor in 2017 and has spent most of his career working in family law and estate planning.

Yishan is a Lawyer at Vogt Legal. Yishan holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Law from the University of Western Australia. Yishan also holds a Bachelor of Laws from China.
