Will Vogt is the director of Vogt Legal. Will specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. His areas of practice include building and construction, real estate disputes, property and leasing disputes, corporations and partnerships, deceased estates and trusts, and general contractual disputes.

Stephen specialises in construction law and commercial disputes and has experience in advising clients in respect of matters in all Superior Courts and the State Administrative Tribunal, arbitrations, and adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and the Building Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA).

Ben is a dedicated lawyer in the team at Vogt Legal, known for his commitment to integrity, fostering client relationships, and maintaining a strong work ethic. Ben has valuable experience across a range of legal areas.

Malcolm is an experienced practitioner with a robust legal background. He began his legal career in South Africa as an articled clerk in 2015 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017. Malcolm advanced to become a director at Tatham Wilkes, one of South Africa's oldest law practices, where he managed a busy civil litigation practice, focussing on insurance litigation and family law.

In February 2021, Matthew was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Matthew’s main legal interests lie in contract law, dispute resolution, employment law, and trial work.  

Terrence graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Juris Doctor in 2017 and has spent most of his career working in family law and estate planning.

Xavier is a dedicated and focused paralegal at Vogt Legal. He is currently in his first year of the Juris Doctor degree at the University of Western Australia. Xavier is highly interested in commercial litigation and is constantly looking to develop his legal skills. Outside of the law, Xavier is passionate about mixed martial arts, chess and travelling.

Mark is a paralegal at Vogt Legal, having joined the firm in January 2025. Mark holds a double degree in Law and Arts from the University of Notre Dame Australia. As a paralegal, Mark assists the team across a range of matters and has a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution and building and construction disputes. Mark is committed to developing his legal career and aims to be admitted as a lawyer in the near future.
