Will Vogt is the director of Vogt Legal. Will specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Stephen specialises in construction law and commercial disputes and has experience in advising clients in respect of matters in all Superior Courts and the State Administrative Tribunal, arbitrations, and adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and the Building Industry (Security of Payment) Act 2021 (WA).

Malcolm advanced to become a director at Tatham Wilkes, one of South Africa's oldest law practices, where he managed a busy civil litigation practice, focussing on insurance litigation and family law.

In February 2021, Matthew was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Matthew’s main legal interests lie in contract law, dispute resolution, employment law, and trial work.
