Mark is a Lawyer at Vogt Legal, having joined the firm in January 2025. Mark holds a double degree in Law and Arts from the University of Notre Dame Australia. As a Lawyer, Mark assists the team across a range of matters and has a keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution and building and construction disputes. Mark is committed to developing his legal career.

Yishan is a Lawyer at Vogt Legal. Yishan holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Law from the University of Western Australia. Yishan also holds a Bachelor of Laws from China.

With bilingual proficiency, Yishan also provides legal services in mandarin.

Outside of work, Yishan enjoys music, nature and discovering good food.

Joe began his legal career in South Africa in 2016 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2018. Joe’s background is in civil litigation, contract and insolvency law.

Currently practising as a paralegal with Vogt Legal, under the supervision of Will Vogt, Joe intends to requalify as an Australian lawyer.

Joe has a keen interest in meeting clients’ litigation needs efficiently and effectively, and developing long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.

Based permanently in South Africa, Joe is a member of Vogt Legal’s remote team.

Outside of legal practice, Joe enjoys camping and spending time in nature. He is also a keen rugby supporter and coach.
